BEERS AND A BRUICHLADDICH

A COUPLE OF BEERS AT THE STATION BAR

YOUNG HENRYS WINGED VICTORY ANZAC BISCUIT 4.75% Spiced Ale ; Australian Pale Ale. I didn’t think it tasted like an Anzac Biscuit  I thought it was a bit light on really, with small taste of hop bitterness.

BIG SHED BREWING APA F’YEAH APA 5.8% The barman called this an Amber and it is amber coloured but until otherwise notified APA is AMERICAN PALE ALE,

KILLER SPROCKET HEY JUNIPER AMERICAN PALE ALE  5.2% Had this one before and is mentioned earlier

BAIRDS BREWING SINGLE TAKE BELGIAN ALE 4.5%a nice beer not big on the hop bitterness, “hurray”. Does leave a little dry aftertaste .
It might be the Belgian yeast but I thought this beer had a touch of the farmhouse about it. Good stuff.

I am going to a wee whiskey tasting tomorrow, perhaps I will at least be able to say the name of the whiskey at the end of the session.Bruichladdich and including the Starward Shiraz barrel aged whiskey.
