First I have to say that Haand Bryggeriet of Norway is one of the my top three favourite breweries.I bought a bottle of the Tindved from Leura Cellars bottle shop, last one on the shelf. I think it might have close to the end of its sell by date but I am not sure it matter all that much with these sorts of beers
It had a nice aroma, and to me it was a spicy honey or caramal taste of the malts
With a bit of an alcohol kick, May be that was the sea buckthorn but that is beyond my ability to tell.

My daughter tells me sea buckthorn is very good in cosmetics products,
I will take her word for that.

From the brewer:

“Tindved is made in the style of a south Belgian ale with added berry, Sea Buckthorn, a pale fresh and spicy beer. Elegant in style and refreshing, plenty of acid from the berry, fermented with a wild yeast.”

Style: Fruit Beer; ABV: 7.00%
