I am having, you guessed it a Tooheys Old. This is the best pub in town by far, it is old, dilapidated, run down, but it must have been terrific in its hey day, it has columns arches sky lights the lot, the bar and dining room are big airy spaces, I don’t know how old it is, it has a bit of an Art Deco look about, a big tragedy would be if it got developed or renovated by some one with no sensitivity or sense of history. There is a plaque at the entrance that said the hotel was completed in 1888 so it is not Art Deco.
